During our research we did find the following complaints about this particular model.
   
The attached net which took the place of the previous model's removable divider  falls a bit short, the handle was not as well designed and lacked in functionality

The cost is a bit high when compared to similar products.

In addition, the wheels have a tendency to be a bit squeaky, which can be rather     embarassing, and there were a few complaints as to the speed at which the         manufacturer replaced defective parts.
